We have a department specifically designed for this operation. We are able to cut bars up to a maximum diameter of 300 mm for a length of 6 metres.
Heading station
We have machines available for heading operations, preparing shafts, axes, and bevel gears for subsequent turning.
Turning
We perform turning using bi-spindle lathes or tailstock lathes, many of which are equipped with motorised tools and a Y-axis. Loading can be manual or robotic.
Milling
We create parts that are just milled, or we process semi-finished turned products, using 11 state-of-the-art machining centres.
Rolling
For this operation we have several CNC machines with a power of 5,000 kg.
Grinding
We manage this operation in a department equipped with advanced technologies, allowing us to perform external grinding on centres and without centres, as well as finishings
Supporting and finishing operations
For finishing operations, we have broaching machines, presses, induction hardening, straightening machines, dynamic balancing machines for shafts, as well as manual lathes and mills.
